Note: The length of fixed length and double length should be within the range of variable length. The length of double ruler should be taken into account when cutting section, each cut is 5 mm.

2.2 The bar should be straight and its bending degree should not exceed 6 m m/m.

2.3 The non-roundness of the bar shall not be greater than its diameter tolerance.

2.4 The two ends of the bar should be sawed flat and the cutting inclination should be no more than 3 mm.

3 Technical Requirements

3.1 The chemical composition of bars shall conform to the requirements of GB/T 3620 and Table 3.

3.2 When the user requests and indicates in the contract, the measured data of room temperature tensile strength &b and elongation &5 are provided in batches. The state of sample is the same as that of product delivery.

3.3 Cracks, blowhole, metal or non-metal inclusions, tail shrinkage, segregation affecting use and other metallurgical defects visible to the naked eye shall not be allowed at transverse or low magnification of bars.

3.4 There should be no cracks, folds and other defects on the surface of bars. Local defects should be cleared, and the depth of clearance should not exceed half of the diameter tolerance; slight defects such as scratches, indentations and hammer marks should be allowed, which should not exceed half of the diameter tolerance.
